This introductory program is a snapshot of the “how-to’s” of the equity marketing world. This class will explore
the players, methods of acquisition and disposition, building and presenting a marketing package,
counseling, and the use of real estate formulas to close transactions. We will discuss the large opportunity
to network through attendance at marketing meetings and using the meeting room as a resource. As a
result of attending this class, the participant will understand the concepts presented and will be able to
begin practicing the concepts immediately which will result in more sales.
