April 15, 2026 - 9 to 1 via Zoom
This course helps licensees stay informed and compliant by exploring the history of Fair Housing, including the Fair Housing Act of 1968 and the Amendments Act of 1988, along with current issues and HUD’s role today.
Participants will gain practical insight to navigate real-world situations while upholding ethical and legal standards. This course provides 4 hours of CE credit and meets the NAR Fair Housing requirement.
